A book launch in a floral bower, signaled the flavors of the poetry on offer …. Honey Jain’s collection titled ‘I as You.’
Literary dhurandars associated with different colleges n publications in Ahmedabad, Ajay Umar, Dr. Pradeep Mallik n Anurita Rathore Jadeja offered deep literary insights into selected thought- provoking poems that depict the soul of a woman as she speaks out her internal delimmas.
Perhaps it takes a Storyteller to recognize a fellow raconteur …. Jain’s anthology is perhaps more a story told in evocative verse of a woman, beginning with her as a giddy teenager infatuated with the concept of being in love, thru to early marriage, enamoured with wooing hubby dear; caught offguard by the games that hubbies do play with immature wives.
